What happens if a transaction cannot be completed?
Transactions may expire under two conditions:
Customer inaction: If the payment is not made within the allotted 3-minute window.
Disputes: In cases of underpayment, the amount is refunded in fiat currency within 48 hours, subject to a Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) deduction as a refund fee.
