ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

PURPOSE
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the standards for using products and services offered by Tylt Fintech Sp. z o.o. (“Tylt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It is designed to ensure that all users and merchants use Tylt’s payment, ramp, and crypto-asset infrastructure in a lawful, ethical, and compliant manner. By using Tylt’s services, you agree to comply with this AUP, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not use Tylt’s services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that is unlawful, unethical, or otherwise in violation of this AUP. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following.
UNLAWFUL OR REGULATED ACTIVITIES
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading schemes, scams, or pyramid structures.
Sale, purchase, or distribution of counterfeit, pirated, or infringing goods, software, or content.
Provision of unlicensed or illegal financial, investment, or payment services, including unregistered money transmission, securities trading, derivatives, or brokerage.
Use of stolen or compromised payment credentials, accounts, or digital assets.
Structuring or attempting to conceal, misrepresent, or obfuscate the source, ownership, or destination of funds, counterparties, or beneficial owners.
Any activity that is illegal under the laws or regulations of either:
the merchant, business, or service provider; or
the client, customer, or end user transacting with the merchant.
RESTRICTED BUSINESS CATEGORIES
Tylt prohibits or restricts the use of its services for the following categories unless expressly authorised in writing by Tylt’s compliance department:
Adult content, escort services, or sexually explicit material.
Gambling, betting, lotteries, or gaming operations without valid licences.
Narcotics, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia (including CBD where restricted).
Weapons, ammunition, military or defence-related goods or services.
High-risk investment schemes, binary options, unregulated forex, or brokerage platforms.
Charitable, political, or crowdfunding activities lacking verified authorisation.
Shell or front companies, bearer-share entities, or opaque nominee structures.
Privacy coins, tumblers, mixers, or other tools designed to anonymise transactions.
NFT, token, or digital-asset projects used primarily for speculation, wash-trading, or money-laundering purposes.
Any other activity that Tylt, in its sole discretion, deems to breach applicable law, regulatory obligations, or to present unacceptable regulatory, reputational, financial, or operational risk.
SANCTIONS AND JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS
Tylt does not provide services to or for the benefit of individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions, including those administered by the European Union, United Nations, United States (OFAC), or the United Kingdom (HMT).
Tylt also restricts transactions originating from or destined to jurisdictions identified as high-risk or non-cooperative by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) or relevant national regulators.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users and merchants agree to:
Use Tylt’s services only for lawful business or personal purposes.
Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during onboarding and ongoing use.
Maintain updated KYC/KYB and beneficial ownership details.
Cooperate with any compliance, audit, or due-diligence requests.
Implement appropriate internal controls and cybersecurity measures to prevent misuse.
MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
Tylt monitors account activity, transaction patterns, and counterparties using a combination of automated and manual reviews, including blockchain analytics and sanctions screening.
Tylt reserves the right to:
Suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its services at any time for suspected or confirmed violations of this AUP.
Withhold or freeze funds pending investigation.
Report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.
Decisions made by Tylt’s compliance or risk teams are final and may be based on confidential risk criteria and regulatory guidance
REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Suspected breaches of this AUP should be reported immediately to: compliance@tylt.money. Tylt will review all reports promptly and take appropriate action consistent with its regulatory obligations.
Amendments
Tylt may amend this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or internal risk policies.Updated versions will be published on Tylt’s website, and continued use of Tylt’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
